  • Strong networking in Customer Success and CS&D organizations
  • Experience with large multinational customers
  • Bachelor or Master Degree
  • Proficiency in Business English and German

Tasks

  • Drive development and growth of new Services business
  • Manage strategic relationships with key accounts
  • Represent SAP Services in sales and business development
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior executives
  • Act as single point of contact for customers
  • Expand SAP Services footprint within assigned accounts
  • Contribute to long-term success of customer and partner relationships
  • Generate qualified sales opportunities
  • Understand and address customer challenges
  • Develop comprehensive Services account plans
  • Meet booking and revenue targets for services
  • Manage opportunities and bids
  • Shape deals according to governance processes
  • Orchestrate resources for successful sales and support
  • Collaborate within SAP ecosystem
  • Apply value selling and solution selling techniques
  • Develop and share sales and technical skills
  • Manage teams in creating comprehensive offers
  • Lead virtual account teams
  • Continuously improve leadership skills
