Tasks
- Collaborate with software sales account teams
- Work with Customer Outcomes team members
- Engage with delivery partners in the ecosystem
- Develop a services sales strategy for the designated territory
- Target specific accounts for service offerings
- Proactively create new Services opportunities
- Generate pipeline and manage forecasting for Services opportunities
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer digital transformation roadmaps
- Drive the right mix of ServiceNow services to meet customer needs
- Arrange and conduct Executive and CxO discussions related to services
- Lead the team in solutioning, scoping, and proposal development
- Implement value-based selling for Implementation Services opportunities
