Requirements

  • Active DoD Secret security clearance
  • ServiceNow administration and development experience
  • Understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes
  • ServiceNow cloud environment configuration experience
  • Agile/Scrum and teamwork experience
  • BA/BS and 5+ years experience or AS and 7 years experience
  • TESA Eligibility
  • CompTIA Security+ certification
  • Active DoD Secret clearance
  • ServiceNow CSA certification or higher
  • ITOM, Discovery, and CMDB modeling experience
  • Strategic Portfolio Management module experience
  • Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity frameworks
  • On-premises to cloud migration experience

Tasks

  • Lead ServiceNow platform administration and enhancement
  • Oversee daily operations and platform reliability
  • Develop new capabilities and workflow automations
  • Advise government stakeholders on scalable solutions
  • Manage configuration and governance practices
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues with SMEs
  • Contribute to long-term modernization strategies
  • Perform advanced environment maintenance and tuning
  • Build custom applications and business rules
  • Manage platform security and DoD compliance
  • Optimize ITSM and CMDB modules
  • Lead testing and deployment for enhancements
  • Mentor junior administrators on best practices
  • Gather requirements and deliver technical briefings
