- •Training as a state-certified technician specializing in mechanical or electrical engineering
- •Several years of professional experience in service screwdriving technology
- •Several years of professional experience in customer service
- •Good knowledge of VW Group's tightening technology standards, especially XML
- •Good knowledge of MS Office package and SAP
- •Willingness to travel, also internationally
- •Good command of written and spoken English
- •Personal commitment and responsibility for on-time processing
- •Strong team and communication skills
- •High degree of flexibility, independence, initiative, and motivation
- •Careful and cost-oriented work
- •Process oriented, results driven, innovative, and application focused

Tasks
- •Support customers in Northern Germany, especially Volkswagen Emden
- •Implement installations and commissioning
- •Act as the technical contact for customers
- •Build partnerships with customers
- •Participate in customer meetings
- •Provide phone and remote support
- •Conduct technical training
- •Perform machine capability studies
- •Execute error analysis and repairs
- •Assist the sales team with technical matters
- •Expand and develop the service business with customers
- •Prepare service offers
- •Commission and configure screwdriving systems
- •Coordinate on-site projects
