Requirements

  • Service or technical sales experience in power generation, electrification, automation, or industrial sectors
  • Thorough knowledge of Installed Base (IB) concepts
  • Ability to promote upgrades, retrofits, and value-adding service solutions
  • Skilled in identifying, developing, and securing service sales opportunities
  • Solid commercial acumen
  • Experience with pricing, sales planning, forecasting, and recovery plans
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build long-term customer relationships
  • Ability to respond quickly and professionally to customer issues
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Enjoy representing the company at customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events
  • Ability to manage assigned territory with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to travel as required
