  • Update Channel Partners and Sales Managers on activities
  • Coordinate timely submission of technician service documentation
  • Generate, maintain, and close service tickets accurately
  • Log service activities not captured by system reports
  • Store service documentation in a centralized server location
  • Perform additional tasks to support business operations
