- Drive a scalable and technically feasible design system
- Translate customer needs into user-centric solutions
- Champion accessibility and usability best practices
- Mentor teammates on design and front-end practices
- Strengthen product and brand identity through design execution
- Influence product strategy by connecting design and engineering
- Design and prototype user flows and interfaces
- Collaborate with engineers on implementation and coding
- Define and evolve the design system and component library
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Introduce advanced prototyping and interaction design practices
- Own the design evolution of the company's web presence
- Deliver design assets like landing pages and campaign graphics
- Maintain a cohesive style guide for design and engineering
- Support brand storytelling with motion graphics
- Set best practices for design-to-engineering workflows
- Mentor teammates in design and front-end implementation
- Advocate for design and engineering across the organization
- Represent the team in workshops and thought leadership
