Senior Web/UX Design Engineer(m/w/x)

Description

In this role, you will blend design and engineering to create user-centric web experiences. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve leading design processes, mentoring teammates, and ensuring that every solution is both innovative and technically sound.

Requirements

• •Senior-level experience in Design Engineering, Product, or UX/UI Design
• •Proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and Adobe Creative Suite
• •Working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, JavaScript)
• •Strong background in UX research, accessibility, responsive design, and performance optimization
• •Experience contributing to or leading design systems and component libraries
• •Ability to bridge design and engineering with hands-on contributions
• •Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English
• •Self-starter, capable of leading initiatives independently
• •Comfortable working 100% remotely in a distributed team
• •Willingness to travel occasionally for team retreats and workshops

• •Mentor teammates in design and front-end implementation
• •Advocate for design and engineering across the organization
• •Represent the team in workshops and thought leadership
