Tasks

  • •Set strategic direction for global Cloud & Hosting Services
  • •Assume executive ownership of Hosting Operations and Managed Services
  • •Manage end-to-end P&L responsibility
  • •Balance reliability, regulatory compliance, and sustainable margin
  • •Build and lead globally distributed expert organizations
  • •Oversee Hosting Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, Migration Factory, and Compliance & Security Operations
  • •Translate infrastructure capabilities into productized services
  • •Establish a clear hosting portfolio with defined SLAs and availability targets
  • •Implement security guardrails for enterprise healthcare customers
  • •Define pricing logic for SaaS and subscription transformation
  • •Support complex enterprise deals and scalable go-to-market models
  • •Embed security and compliance as design principles
  • •Implement Zero Trust architectures and regulatory frameworks
  • •Drive operational excellence through automation and transparency
