  • •Lead and inspire a distributed engineering organization of 200+ FTE
  • •Build high-performing teams and develop future leaders
  • •Attract top talent to the company
  • •Drive a modern, data-driven software development culture
  • •Foster innovation and risk-taking across architecture and UX
  • •Improve quality and operations through continuous development
  • •Align priorities with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Services
  • •Manage stakeholder expectations and represent Engineering to executive leadership
