Requirements
- •7+ years of experience in technology partnerships, alliances, or business development within SaaS or fintech
- •Proven track record of leading high-impact partnerships with tangible outcomes
- •Strong understanding of platform ecosystems and API integrations
- •Demonstrated ability in strategy, execution, and relationship management
- •Strong commercial judgment with experience negotiating complex agreements
- •Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, Sales, and Marketing teams
- •Structured, self-directed approach with strong ownership and accountability
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- •Comfort operating in ambiguous, high-visibility environments
- •Enjoyment of technical API discussions and revenue-focused negotiation
- •Experience within ecosystems like Accounting, HRIS, Payroll, or Travel
- •Management of partner lifecycle from sourcing to integration
- •Excitement about traveling across Europe to meet partners
- •Discomfort with ambiguity and need for stability

- •Drive alignment among senior stakeholders in various departments
- •Launch and scale partnerships with clear success metrics
- •Manage key partnerships and long-term collaboration models
- •Represent Pleo in the SaaS and fintech ecosystem
- •Contribute to discussions on platform strategy and growth initiatives
