- •Proven success building and scaling partner programmes
- •German language skills
- •Expertise in identifying, segmenting, and prioritising partner ecosystems
- •Hands-on commercial leadership
- •Data-driven operational skills
- •Cross-functional collaboration
- •Strategic execution capabilities

- •Design Moss' partner ecosystem strategy
- •Scale partnership programs with clear incentives
- •Onboard and enable new partners
- •Coach and inspire a team of 6–8 Partner Managers
- •Set clear KPIs and review team performance
- •Foster a culture of accountability and collaboration
- •Build a predictable partner-sourced revenue pipeline
- •Align with Sales for seamless lead handoffs
- •Own top strategic partner relationships
- •Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
- •Drive joint initiatives with partners
- •Empower the team through enablement and co-marketing
- •Create dashboards to track pipeline and performance
- •Optimize partner mix and programs using insights
