Concept-to-readiness development and industrial testing of sorbent modules for CO2 capture. Minimum 2 years non-academic R&D experience in immobilizing catalysts or sorbents required. Equity package and 4-week annual workation option.

- Over 5 years of R&D experience
- At least 2 years experience outside academia
- Experience delivering technologies into industrial manufacturing
- Skill in immobilizing sorbents or catalysts
- Understanding of material properties on performance

- Experience in material and structural characterization
- Initiative and results-driven working style
- Hands-on approach throughout full development cycle
- Collaboration skills and clear communication
- Enjoyment of leading in-house and external projects
- Fluency in English
- Openness to occasional travel
Tasks
- Develop innovative sorbent modules from concept to product readiness
- Lead in-house and external testing of sorbent modules
- Characterize sorbent modules and their sub-elements
- Analyze how physicochemical properties affect product performance
- Define product requirements based on technology maturity
- Ensure smooth transitions to manufacturing and operations
- Collaborate with experts in design and process development
- Develop new testing methods for sorbent solutions
- Drive efficient collaboration across functions and external partners
- Manage technical and non-technical project risks
- Set clear priorities for development projects
- Provide technical expertise for external partner collaborations
- Ensure sorbent modules meet specific DAC requirements
- Align third-party contracts with technical scopes of work
- Evaluate relevant scientific literature and patents
- Contribute to the generation of new intellectual property
