- •Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering
- •Advanced degree preferred
- •At least 5 years equipment development experience
- •Expertise in industrial equipment design and testing
- •Experience building and validating hardware
- •Track record of innovation and prototyping
- •Knowledge of detail design and industrialization
- •Proficiency in CAD software
- •Familiarity with thermal separation technologies
- •Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
- •Strong communication skills and entrepreneurial mindset
- •Proficiency in spoken and written English

- •Invent and design new CO₂ collector system architectures
- •Integrate sorbent and process requirements into manufacturable equipment
- •Prototype and test concepts from proof of concept to final acceptance
- •Design and execute experiments to validate and optimize designs
- •Troubleshoot technical issues and refine sub-systems
- •Collaborate with sorbent and process experts on mechanical implementation
- •Contribute to scaling technology from lab to industrial levels
- •Balance performance and reliability with capital expenditure requirements
- •Partner with industrialization teams on manufacturing and compliance
- •Document designs and lessons learned for stakeholder alignment
- •Monitor industry state-of-the-art and generate new intellectual property
