- •Manage client onboarding and technical support
- •Report project progress to internal managers
- •Identify upselling and product development opportunities
- •Map client data to internal systems
- •Run portfolio analyses to validate solutions
- •Improve internal efficiency and workflow scalability
- •Translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- •Conduct customer discovery workshops and interviews
