Requirements
- 4+ years in technical role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, Support Engineer)
- Passion for troubleshooting
- Detective mindset
- Ability to navigate REST APIs
- Ability to debug integration logic
- Deep experience with Enterprise Identity (Azure AD/Entra ID, SAML, OAuth 2.0, SCIM)
- Ability to explain technical bugs/limitations to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage high volume of technical tasks and escalations
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience in HR Tech, Workplace Management, or B2B SaaS
- Familiarity with workflow tools (Make.com, Zapier, Power Automate)
- History of contributing to developer docs, help centers, or runbooks
- Basic SQL or data analysis skills
- German communication skills
- Translate IT-speak into business value
- Solve for root cause of issues
- Bring structure to ambiguity
- Deliver clarity during complex enterprise situations
Tasks
- Act as technical authority for escalations
- Investigate and resolve high-level issues
- Lead handoff to Engineering with clear evidence
- Identify bug patterns for product improvements
- Ensure flawless ecosystem integration for strategic accounts
- Architect SSO/SAML, Azure AD/Entra ID, SCIM, M365 Calendar Sync setups
- Consult on API-driven workflows and automations
- Define ownership and fallback processes for integrations
- Partner with Sales on security and IT requirements
- Translate customer environments into implementation requirements
- Conduct risk assessments for complex environments
- Create scalable documentation and developer guides
- Develop internal playbooks from triaging discoveries
