- Monitor and ensure client API usage and satisfaction
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Engineering teams
- Identify and explore new technology partnerships
- Discover integration opportunities to expand our ecosystem
- Manage client expectations and lead to satisfaction
- Design and implement customer onboarding processes
- Work with Support on escalated tickets
