- •Experience in supply management, logistics, operations, or top-tier management consulting
- •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or related field
- •Experience in project conception and execution, ideally in operations or performance
- •Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- •Problem-solving skills in Excel and data visualization tools or willingness to learn
- •Entrepreneurial mindset and talent for creative, disruptive ideas
- •Excellent English skills (spoken and written); German is a plus
- •Background in logistics, tourism, finance, retail, or international experience (advantageous)

- •Report on performance and planning quality
- •Align with stakeholders across various departments
- •Forecast fleet readiness and vehicle transfers
- •Drive automation and tooling in fleet management
