- •Source, screen, interview, and close candidates
- •Design and optimize hiring processes for consistency and transparency
- •Enhance candidate and stakeholder experience at every stage
- •Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
- •Uncover passive candidates and explore various channels
- •Use data and insights to measure performance and guide hiring decisions
- •Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement
- •Lead and collaborate on cross-functional projects to build the TA function
