- •Proficiency in recruiting tools such as Cornerstone
- •Strong communication skills, empathy, and a keen sense for different target groups
- •Role model and strategic influencer in employer branding
- •Innovative ideas and full commitment to shaping recruiting
- •Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- •Innovative, technology-driven recruiting strategies for attracting technical specialists
- •Effective use of social media platforms for employer branding and active sourcing in tech sector
Work Experience

Tasks
- •Take strategic responsibility for the entire recruiting process
- •Develop innovative recruiting strategies to attract tech talent
- •Manage collaboration with external platforms and partners
- •Optimize the career page focusing on storytelling and analytics
- •Continuously improve the application process in Cornerstone
- •Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
- •Drive the evolution of the Employer Value Proposition
- •Strengthen the employer brand in the tech environment
- •Represent the company at career fairs and on social media
- •Use social media for employer branding and active sourcing
