Requirements
- Degree in Industrial, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or comparable field
- 5–8 years of electronics Quality Management experience
- 3 years of hands‑on supplier management
- Command of manufacturing processes and quality impacts
- Experience managing multiple supplier-related development projects
- Fluent verbal and written English skills
- German or Finnish proficiency as an advantage
- Obligation to disclose implanted medical devices
Tasks
- Manage and improve supplier performance
- Conduct comprehensive supplier audits
- Drive continuous improvement using Six Sigma
- Utilize SAP and Minitab systems
- Manage complex engineering changes
- Analyze key quality KPIs effectively
- Oversee procurement and product development projects
- Assess manufacturing processes and lifecycle risks
- Create clear documentation and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
