Requirements
- Degree in Industrial, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or comparable technical field
- 5–8 years of Quality or Supplier Quality Management experience
- 3 years of hands‑on supplier management experience
- Strong command of manufacturing processes and quality impacts
- Experience managing multiple supplier-related development projects
- Fluent verbal and written English skills
- German or Finnish proficiency (advantageous)
- Obligation to inform regarding implanted medical devices
Tasks
- Manage and monitor supplier performance
- Conduct comprehensive supplier audits
- Drive continuous improvement using Six Sigma methodologies
- Utilize SAP and Minitab for quality management
- Manage complex engineering changes
- Analyze key quality KPIs effectively
- Oversee multiple procurement and product development projects
- Assess manufacturing processes and associated risks
- Monitor risks throughout the product lifecycle
- Create clear documentation and detailed reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
