Requirements

  • Master’s degree in engineering, physics, or comparable field
  • Deep expertise in high-voltage battery systems
  • 3+ years of technical customer-facing experience
  • Experience in RFI/RFQ or HV battery engineering
  • Strong stakeholder coordination and solution-orientation
  • Background in automotive, truck, or off-highway sectors
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High willingness to travel
  • Perfect German and excellent English skills
  • Team spirit and joy of discovery
  • Adaptability and positive attitude toward change
  • Ability to work with high voltage equipment

  • Act as the primary technical contact for customers
  • Manage inquiries and resolve technical issues during sales
  • Conduct feasibility studies and requirement analyses
  • Perform cost assessments and timeline evaluations
  • Coordinate product adaptations and variant management
  • Align technical specifications for battery platform integration
  • Collaborate with engineering on customized product solutions
  • Provide market feedback to Product Management and Engineering
  • Deliver technical trainings and documentation
  • Oversee the delivery and tracking of sample parts
