Requirements
- •8+ years experience in enterprise technology or similar complex solution sales
- •Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and experience
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Understanding of the Software as a Service (SaaS) business model
- •Ability to demonstrate complex software applications
- •Experience navigating and delivering sales success across large organizations
- •Strong business acumen and understanding of complex business challenges
- •Executive presence and ability to communicate at senior level
- •Ability to identify and understand influencers versus buyers
- •Ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles
- •Ability to negotiate pricing with focus on retaining value
- •Demonstration and capability for achieving sales quota targets
- •Experience selling into the Automotive sector would be desirable
- •Up to 30% travel for regular customer meetings and events
- •Reliable internet access required for remote work

- •Update customer relationship management tools with customer contacts
- •Provide accurate pipeline analysis to forecast sales
- •Develop strategic account plans to secure sales success
- •Rally internal support and optimize resources for account pursuits
- •Prioritize selling activities and ensure timely follow-through
- •Maintain a strong understanding of Workiva products through ongoing training
