You will oversee product testing and quality assurance, collaborating with various teams to resolve issues and ensure compliance with standards. Your role involves managing production data and effectively supporting customer needs.

Requirements

• •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• •Master's degree is a plus
• •12+ years of experience in product engineering
• •Strong background in analog circuits
• •Familiarity with ATE tester platforms
• •Deep knowledge of analog and mixed-signal circuitry
• •Knowledge of device physics and test methodology
• •Knowledge of Design for Testability (DFT)
• •Experience with standard lab equipment
• •Knowledge of JEDEC/AEC qualification standards
• •Proficiency in statistical analysis tools
• •Some familiarity with semiconductor failure analysis
• •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• •Collaborative team player in dynamic environment

Tasks

• •Create and execute test plans for compliance.
• •Define and run qualification plans for quality standards.
• •Perform reliability tests to ensure product quality.
• •Collaborate with teams to debug products and resolve failures.
• •Conduct characterization tests to set production limits.
• •Manage the product's Bill of Materials (BOM).
• •Monitor production data and analyze for quality improvement.
• •Lead product release into manufacturing for customer requirements.
• •Optimize production limits and maintain quality standards.
• •Provide real-time technical support for customer issues.
• •Manage excursions and escalations with suppliers and customers.
• •Use yield management tools to monitor and improve yield.
• •Generate weekly reports for the product engineering team.
• •Track and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
