You will drive complex semiconductor projects from concept to production, balancing technical execution with strategic planning to deliver high-quality IC solutions in a dynamic matrix environment.

Requirements

• •Master’s degree in electrical engineering or related fields
• •6+ years project management in semiconductor, industrial, or automotive development
• •3+ years leading multi-site projects or programs
• •Proven delivery across full IC development cycle
• •Knowledge in stage‑gate developments and change management
• •IATF 16949 and/or ISO 26262 as a plus
• •Business-fluent English
• •German language skills as an advantage
• •IPMA Level C or similar certification
• •Advanced MS Project, JIRA, and Microsoft 365
• •Ability to travel internationally as needed

Tasks

• •Lead semiconductor IC projects from concept to mass production
• •Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk
• •Orchestrate deliverables across design, test, validation, and operations
• •Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 and IATF 16949 standards
• •Drive comprehensive project, resource, and cost planning
• •Monitor critical paths and manage project dependencies
• •Prevent scope creep and manage execution deviations
• •Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation actions
• •Process change requests and assess impact on project goals
• •Act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders
• •Resolve conflicts and align diverse cross-functional teams
• •Escalate unresolved issues with clear recommendations for leadership
• •Use data and engineering evidence to steer decisions
• •Develop and improve project management methodologies
