- Degree as technician, engineer, or comparable
- At least 5 years professional experience
- Electrical expertise and problem-solving skills
- Experience with supplier audits and QMS
- Knowledge of FMEA and quality planning
- Analytical and organizational skills
- Understanding of technical manufacturing processes
- Teamwork and effective interpersonal skills
- Strong communication in German and English
- German C2 (minimum C1)
- English C1 (minimum B2)
- Willingness for local and international travel
Tasks
- Evaluate technical requirements for new and existing products
- Recommend materials to design teams for cost and risk mitigation
- Collaborate on manufacturable designs during new product development
- Perform supplier visits, product audits, and international acceptances
- Participate in supplier selection to ensure competitive advantages
- Conduct system audits to assess supplier performance
- Execute technical audits to drive continuous supplier improvements
- Train and monitor suppliers on the Product Qualification Program
- Support the implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies
- Manage 8D error handling and monitor corrective actions
- Analyze error causes and verify effectiveness of solutions
- Recommend process and service improvements for internal requirements
