- Strong professional experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Proven track record hiring for Retail and sales roles
- Experience in consumer goods environments for premium or luxury brands
- Deep expertise in active sourcing
- Deep expertise in candidate engagement
- Deep expertise in interview techniques
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- High-quality candidate experience
- Solid understanding of German labor law
- Solid understanding of recruitment compliance
- Data-driven mindset
- Experience working with recruiting KPIs
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong interest in employer branding
- Strong interest in recruitment marketing
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel across key European cities
Tasks
- Build strong presence in key European cities
- Connect with local retail talent and stakeholders
- Manage full recruitment process for Retail roles
- Support corporate Sales roles recruitment
- Partner with leadership and HR Business Partners
- Conduct market mapping and salary benchmarking
- Sharpen role requirements with Hiring Managers
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for Retail and Sales
- Create and manage engaging job postings
- Monitor and manage applications in ATS
- Ensure accurate documentation and efficient pipeline
- Lead interview coordination and conduct interviews
- Manage candidate communication with Hiring Managers
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics
- Drive continuous improvement in Talent Acquisition
- Optimize processes and enhance employer branding
