Requirements

  • •Native-level fluency in German and professional English
  • •Proven experience in pre-sales and post-sales environments
  • •Deep familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, and microservices
  • •Strong understanding of data for reliability and performance
  • •Proactive desire to keep learning and problem-solver mindset
  • •Experience with APM, infrastructure monitoring, or observability tools
  • •Background in mobile device platforms and architectures
  • •Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline

  • •Act as the technical lead for select customers
  • •Drive value throughout the customer lifecycle
  • •Partner with Enterprise Account Executives for technical discovery

  • •Ensure integration of New Relic into SRE and DevOps workflows
  • •Act as a strategic consultant post-sale
  • •Identify expansion opportunities within strategic accounts
  • •Build business justifications for senior stakeholders
  • •Influence the global product roadmap based on customer insights
