- Strong interpersonal skills, including creativity and curiosity

Tasks
- Understand customers' business and technical needs
- Build trusted relationships with customers' technologists
- Develop a solution architecture framework for enterprise-level selling
- Anticipate problems and provide solutions across the landscape
- Lead change using technology solutions across large platforms
- Provide technical architecture expertise for proper solution design
- Train and mentor Pre-Sales Solutions Engineers globally
- Support key customer-facing events, especially C-level discussions
- Integrate architecture views into a provocative selling model
- Drive and deliver significant strategic initiatives with stakeholders
- Help customers realize the value of proposed solutions
