- Track record driving complex projects to completion
- Experience in fast-paced, customer-facing environments

- Partner with direct account teams
- Engage clients jointly
- Foster necessary client relationships
- Position specific product lines in-depth
- Drive product adoption and usage growth
- Devise and implement account strategies
- Develop and deliver presentations, demos, and assets
- Collaborate with GTM leadership and account teams
- Design and execute high-impact engagement strategies
- Act as an expert Solutions Architect
- Build technical credibility with stakeholders
- Drive product adoption and vision
- Enable clients at scale through workshops
- Develop customer-facing collateral
- Influence the product roadmap
- Translate field insights into strategic recommendations for Product and Engineering teams
- Handle complex technical challenges
- Act as the tier-3 escalation point for the field
- Ensure customer success in mission-critical environments
- Co-plan large territories with Account Executives
- Operate cross-functionally with GTM and R&D teams
- Partner with Global System Integrators (GSIs) to drive customer outcomes
- Partner with third-party consulting organizations to drive customer outcomes
