- •Integrate the Databricks platform with client systems
- •Design and build performant end-to-end data architectures
- •Productionalize customer use cases and reference architectures
- •Scope professional services work with engagement managers
- •Guide customers through migrations and AI application deployments
- •Consult on architecture to drive platform adoption
- •Provide escalated support for complex operational issues
- •Collaborate with technical teams to meet delivery goals
- •Share product feedback with engineering and support teams
- •Manage project scope, timelines, and client conflicts
- •Conduct technical training and white-boarding sessions
