Senior Solution Sales Executive(m/w/x)

Requirements

  • Deep experience in solution sales (GRC, InfoSec, SecOps vendor preferred)
  • Understanding of solution-related business processes
  • Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams
  • Ability to understand broad, macro-level IT needs
  • 5+ years complex software/platform solution sales experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory frameworks (KRITIS, DORA, NIS2, EU AI Pact)
  • Experience establishing trusted client and team relationships
  • Ability to produce new business and negotiate deals
  • Ability to communicate complex issues simply
  • Ability to forge strong business relationships with C-level execs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
  • Regional travel required up to 50%
  • Fluency in English and a local language

Tasks

  • Drive market success for ServiceNow's Risk and Security Workflows products
  • Engage assigned accounts to create new business and pipeline
  • Manage executive relationships for assigned accounts
  • Lead and partner with virtual teams including Core Field, Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support, and Professional Services
  • Develop a sales strategy for the allocated territory
  • Create a regional sales plan for assigned accounts and territories
  • Build relationships with C-suite personas (CISO, Chief Risk Officer, CIO)
  • Collaborate with Solution Consulting to deliver demonstrations of ServiceNow’s capabilities
  • Continuously learn about GRC, Third Party Risk Management, Operational Resilience, Privacy, and Security Operations
  • Lead Risk and Security opportunities
  • Collaborate with Core Sales Teams, Partners, and other ServiceNow Solution Areas
  • Generate demand by reaching out to prospects, customers, and partners
  • Present at industry events and seminars
  • Articulate customer success strategies to the field
  • Streamline and standardize Platform presentations and value proposition
  • Support clients in building business cases and value roadmaps
  • Qualify prospects and develop new sales opportunities
  • Manage sales process and pipeline
  • Ensure ongoing account management for customer satisfaction
  • Drive additional revenue streams
