Senior Solution Sales Executive Finance & Spend Management(m/w/x)
Selling SAP Finance and Spend solutions, mapping customer value journeys for enterprise clients. Strong relationships in procurement and finance communities essential. Flexible working models.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional sales experience with SAP solutions, SaaS solutions, VMS, or Procurement
- Relationships in procurement and finance communities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
- B2B enterprise experience with multi-stakeholder SaaS cycles
- Strong understanding of solution sales and account planning methodologies
- Deep SAP and domain expertise with understanding of AI and innovation trends
- Ability to map value levers and create compelling business cases
- Strategic thinking and relationship building skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment
- Analytical mindset with focus on problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
Tasks
- Establish and expand market share for SAP’s Finance and Spend solutions
- Build and execute a strong pipeline for Finance, Spend, and Cloud ERP
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned accounts
- Provide domain expertise to address high-priority business challenges
- Lead end-to-end process mapping and customer value journey
- Support solution advisors in ensuring demo system readiness
- Manage enablement programs and collaborate on demo assets
- Create compelling narratives articulating ROI and competitive advantages
- Conduct strategic discovery and deliver persuasive pitches
- Navigate complex pricing and contractual discussions
- Support Customer Success Management communities and manage escalations
- Own deal cycles, renewals, and executive engagement
- Drive C-suite engagements and foster long-term relationships
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews focused on solution adoption
- Own relationships with strategic consulting partners for co-innovation
- Align closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing for market impact
- Maintain deep knowledge of SAP solutions and emerging technologies
