Senior Solution Sales Executive – EV Charging Technology & Embedded Software(m/w/x)
Consultative sales of embedded EV charging software and controller platforms for OEMs. 7+ years B2B tech sales experience in EV charging or industrial IoT required. Permanent employee status, company car for private use.
Requirements
- 7+ years B2B technology sales experience (EV charging, embedded software, power electronics, industrial IoT, energy infrastructure)
- Proven track record in complex enterprise or OEM sales
- Strong understanding of EV charging and industrial technology
- Experience managing long, consultative sales cycles
- Established professional network (EV charging, energy, industrial technology)
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management skills
- High ownership, autonomy, entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience with EVSE systems, DC charging, energy infrastructure
- Familiarity with European EV charging regulation/standards
- Experience with strategic partnerships or channel development
- CRM experience (HubSpot or comparable)
Tasks
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Close deals with EV charger manufacturers and OEMs
- Build long-term relationships with executive stakeholders
- Drive complex enterprise sales processes
- Lead consultative sales for embedded charging software
- Position EcoG solutions as strategic components
- Coordinate with engineering and product teams
- Leverage industry network for strategic opportunities
- Represent EcoG at industry events and meetings
- Contribute market insights to strategy discussions
- Maintain structured pipeline management
- Support scalable sales process development
