Requirements
- Fluent English and full-professional German
- 5+ years in Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Sales
- Ability to lead discovery conversations with rigour
- Strong solution architecture skills
- Hands-on comfort with REST APIs, SDKs, and integration tooling
- Ability to translate technical complexity into business value
- Familiarity with identity verification, KYC/AML, or digital identity concepts
- Experience in mobility, fintech, banking, or regulated industries
- Exposure to MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales qualification frameworks
- Understanding of privacy and compliance frameworks
- Knowledge of web development concepts
Tasks
- Lead technical and business discovery calls with Sales
- Uncover customer pain, metrics, and decision dynamics
- Ask questions about conversion rates and fraud exposure
- Map customer pain points to measurable outcomes
- Document qualification findings for internal alignment
- Design end-to-end solution architectures
- Orchestrate product platform capabilities for use cases
- Produce architecture proposals linking technical choices to objectives
- Anticipate integration complexity and design fallback logic
- Address data residency and compliance requirements
- Propose scalable solutions
- Lead proof-of-concept and pilot engagements
- Configure API integrations
- Build Postman collections
- Manage sandbox environments
- Guide customers through technical validation
- Work hands-on with REST APIs and SDKs
- Use Git and integration tooling
- Translate customer feedback into recommendations
- Build trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders
- Handle complex objections on pricing and integration
- Support RFP/RFI responses with solution content
- Improve Solution Engineering tooling
- Share market and competitive intelligence
- Onboard and mentor junior team members
