Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of proven software development experience, especially backend

- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL
- Strong grasp of RESTful service architecture and API design
- Knowledgeable in AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
- Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines and containerization
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Hands-on Linux experience
- Experience with Kafka or enterprise-grade event/message middleware
- Experience with distributed systems
- Experience with infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably Terraform
Tasks
- Develop, test, and maintain cutting-edge software solutions
- Ensure systems are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business goals
- Design and implement software solutions based on project requirements
- Take ownership of the technical development process
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software
- Identify potential areas for improvement
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high quality standards
- Drive team development through shared learning
- Discover and evaluate new technologies
- Implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design new features
- Ensure alignment with business goals and user needs
- Ensure the security and data protection of applications
- Mentor junior engineers
