- Define and promote engineering best practices
- Teach engineers and data scientists to create maintainable solutions
- Assist colleagues during onboarding and daily operations
- Implement optimization and trading algorithms for immediate go-lives
- Advance the platform with strategic, long-term improvements
- Maintain and enhance the tech stack and development environments
- Build infrastructure for service development, testing, and integration
- Monitor system performance and reliability
