Senior Shopper Marketing Manager(m/w/x)
Developing retailer-specific activation plans and POS toolkits for leading protein snack brands. 5+ years FMCG experience in the DACH region required. 30 days annual leave, company pension, and health benefits.
Requirements
- EU Citizenship and/or valid work permit
- Applications submitted in English
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in BA, Sales, Marketing or similar
- At least 5 years relevant work experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Retail or similar
- Knowledge and/or work experience with retail partners in DACH region
- Project management skills for simultaneous cross-functional projects
- Stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Strong analytical mindset with agility and drive for results
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions
- Ability to develop and deliver multi-mode communications
- Ability to analyze and clarify complex, ambiguous situations
- Application of market and organizational knowledge to decisions
- Fluency in German
- Fluency in English
Tasks
- Convert brand campaigns into retailer-specific activation plans
- Develop POS standards and toolkits for channel conversion
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery of shopper activations
- Work with Operations for POS production and deployment
- Collaborate with retail partners and POS agencies for plan alignment
- Ensure compliance and effective in-store execution
- Lead external agencies and build strong customer partnerships
- Generate and interpret shopper data
- Translate insights into actionable strategies
- Track campaign performance
- Share learnings internally
- Continuously improve future activation planning
- Manage shopper marketing budgets
- Recommend budget allocation across brands, customers, and channels
- Base budget decisions on strategic importance, growth potential, and expected return
