Requirements
- Extensive FMCG experience, ideally Shopper Marketing, Category Management, Trade Marketing, or Sales
- Strong understanding of food retail, shopper behavior, commercial execution
- Experience in international matrix organizations
- Analytical and data-driven, Nielsen, Kantar, YouGov or similar tools experience
- Proactive, hands-on mindset, strategy to action ability
- Independent, structured work, strategic challenge approach
- Confident communicator, strong stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English
- Willingness to travel approx. 4 days/month
Tasks
- Lead international Shopper Marketing and Category agenda
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and local markets
- Develop and optimize international Shopper Marketing strategy
- Align strategy with local market needs
- Act as functional leader for local Shopper Marketing teams
- Initiate and manage cross-country projects
- Unlock growth potential through projects
- Implement and improve Shopper Marketing processes
- Enhance tools and KPIs for transparent performance tracking
- Collaborate on shopper-centric campaigns and retail activations
- Drive best-practice sharing within international community
- Develop capabilities within international community
