Requirements

  • Proven Revenue Operations experience in B2B SaaS/tech
  • Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and enterprise GTM
  • Experience acting as business partner to senior stakeholders
  • Track record building/scaling sales processes, KPIs, forecasting
  • Hands-on experience with forecasting, pipeline governance, territory/quota planning
  • Experience leveraging automation/AI for revenue processes
  • Strong analytical mindset and execution-oriented approach
  • High credibility and ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Ability to operate in international, cross-functional, fast-paced environments
  • Fluent German (professional level)
  • Fluent English for global collaboration

Tasks

  • Advise CRO and senior leadership on global go-to-market strategy
  • Design and own the commercial operating model
  • Ensure forecast accuracy and pipeline transparency
  • Optimize revenue generation using automation and AI
  • Establish clear operating standards and performance frameworks
  • Translate leadership decisions into measurable execution
  • Ensure predictable and scalable revenue performance
  • Equip local teams with actionable insights
  • Design and implement standardized end-to-end sales processes
  • Serve as a blueprint for local market sales professionalization
  • Drive AI and automation implementation for sales productivity
  • Identify funnel conversion optimization opportunities
  • Partner with leadership to embed AI-driven decision-making
  • Define and own a global KPI framework
  • Build and refine a data-driven forecasting model
  • Drive forecasting cadence and alignment with senior leadership
  • Deploy and improve a globally unified lead qualification methodology
  • Ensure adoption through enablement and performance tracking
  • Analyze and benchmark sales progress across markets
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend process changes
  • Establish standards for global sales reviews
  • Lead structured market reviews with top management
  • Moderate a global exchange platform for best practices
  • Promote cross-market learning and continuous improvement
  • Provide quantitative insights to Managing Directors
  • Enable data-driven go-to-market strategies
