- Lead the Revenue Operations team professionally and disciplinarily
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Manage and optimize sales processes
- Manage and optimize lead management
- Manage and optimize CRM structures
- Analyze market trends
- Identify growth and business opportunities
- Collaborate with relevant interfaces to align lead generation and sales activities
- Monitor relevant KPIs
- Prepare sales performance reports for management
- Coach and develop the team
- Promote a performance-oriented sales culture
