Requirements

  • Experience in sales, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or sales controlling/steering
  • Initial leadership experience and team development/motivation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and sales KPI/market analysis experience
  • Confident CRM systems handling and data-driven sales processes
  • Strong communication skills, strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Very good German skills and good English skills

  • Lead the Revenue Operations team professionally and disciplinarily
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Manage and optimize sales processes
  • Manage and optimize lead management
  • Manage and optimize CRM structures
  • Analyze market trends
  • Identify growth and business opportunities
  • Collaborate with relevant interfaces to align lead generation and sales activities
  • Monitor relevant KPIs
  • Prepare sales performance reports for management
  • Coach and develop the team
  • Promote a performance-oriented sales culture
