Tasks

  • Own demand generation strategy for enterprise accounts
  • Manage channel mix, budget allocation, and experimentation roadmap
  • Set performance targets for demand generation
  • Lead multi-channel execution across paid and organic channels
  • Test, learn, and scale marketing initiatives
  • Set audience segmentation strategy for enterprise B2B accounts
  • Define targeting logic for enterprise B2B accounts
  • Own pipeline generation targets with Business Development, Sales, and RevOps
  • Design nurture programs for long B2B sales cycles
  • Drive expansion within existing accounts via re-engagement campaigns
  • Optimize conversion flows from first touch to closed-won
  • Reduce friction at every stage of the funnel
  • Own attribution and pipeline forecasting
  • Track CPSQL and conversion rates
  • Turn data into actionable decisions
  • Own and scale the automated marketing engine
  • Manage HubSpot/Salesforce workflows
  • Define account prioritization logic
  • Maintain clean data infrastructure
  • Apply AI across the growth stack for enrichment
  • Apply AI across the growth stack for segmentation
