Tasks
- Develop and execute regional field marketing strategy
- Plan and deliver field marketing programs
- Collaborate with local sales teams
- Work with global product and content marketing teams
- Own lead and pipeline generation targets
- Track performance against goals
- Analyze campaign performance
- Optimize channels, programs, and spend
- Coordinate with field marketing managers in other regions
- Share best practices
- Ensure consistency
- Act as the voice of the German market
- Feed customer and market insights into marketing planning
