- Create timely leadership updates during quarter-close
- Lead Area Quarterly Business Reviews
- Prepare high-quality presentations and agendas
- Manage the annual planning cycle
- Coordinate resource planning and territory alignment
- Set quotas and productivity ratios
- Define objectives aligned with organizational priorities
- Ensure transparent and fair planning processes
- Build and refine accurate forecast cadences
- Lead forecast reviews with second-line managers
- Analyze trends, risks, and business opportunities
- Develop pipeline reviews using Power BI
- Monitor pipeline quality and business health
- Create dashboards to identify business challenges
- Perform year-over-year trend analyses
