Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in Customer Success, Sales, Business, or Revenue Ops in B2B SaaS/tech
  • Strong understanding of B2B customer journey and lifecycle
  • Experience with revenue/Customer Success systems (CPQ/billing, Planhat/Gainsight, Clay/n8n) (strong plus)
  • Confidence with Salesforce.com and sales analytics
  • Comfort with large datasets, model building, data insights
  • Structured, detail-oriented thinking
  • Strong inclination for process improvement and scalability
  • Comfort with data tools (Excel/Sheets, BI)
  • Basic SQL knowledge (plus)
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Clear and proactive communication
  • Self-driven and hands-on approach
  • Responsibility for tasks and issue resolution
  • Support for growing/maturing functions
