Tasks
- Own the expansion engine for existing customers
- Execute sophisticated commercial transitions
- Identify customers ready for upgrades
- Design logic for specific contract configurations
- Automate expansion processes to remove manual friction
- Bridge commercial value stories with contract data
- Architect end-to-end expansion campaigns
- Manage price increases and basket transitions
- Analyze ARR upside within the installed base
- Identify upsell and cross-sell targets
- Use SQL, Python, and Postgres for analysis
- Navigate complex legacy contracts and legal environments
- Manage diverse product baskets and multiple currencies
- Design automated customer lifecycle logic
- Implement automated contract renewal processes
- Ensure system data integrity during renewals
- Build technical guardrails for customer self-service expansion
- Sync self-service data with financial reporting
- Partner with BI as a technical counterpart
- Reflect expansion actions in Booked ARR reporting
- Maintain expansion data structures
- Design data architecture for future system migrations
- Act as a stakeholder for Odoo data evolution
- Deliver KPIs for churn and expansion targets
- Report on email hit rates and campaign ROI
