Requirements

  • Long-term relationship building with brokers
  • High organizational skills, managing multiple requests, schedules, client requirements
  • Quick, effective decision-making in dynamic environment
  • Collaborative approach for OCC department coordination
  • Ownership in daily commercial operations, senior point of contact
  • Willingness to work shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
  • Fluent English, professional working German (preferred), additional languages (advantageous)
  • Completed study in Aviation Management, Tourism Management, or Business Administration (beneficial)
  • Ability to obtain/maintain valid ZÜP (§7 LuftSiG)
  • Unrestricted EU passport or right to live/work in EU
  • Fleet utilization data analysis for operational optimization
  • Strong communication skills, client relationship building, internal team coordination
