Requirements
- Full-cycle B2B sales experience with demonstrable success in leading and executing sales & business development with Data Center customers, preferably related to rack-level solutions
- Understanding of basic principles of energy storage and power electronics
- Knowledge of application approach, decision-making drivers, and key technologies relevant to Skeleton Technologies
- Previous experience participating at fairs and trade shows
- Willingness to travel to meet customers and active networking
- English fluency
- Experience using CRM to track customer information and structure sales efforts (Salesforce)
- Persuasiveness and resourcefulness
- Initiative taking
- Excellent communication skills
Tasks
- Develop and execute strategic sales plan
- Expand customer base and achieve sales targets
- Build strong customer relationships to find new business opportunities
- Exceed annual sales targets in assigned segments
- Communicate product value through proposals and presentations
- Analyze industry-specific market landscapes and trends
- Update CRM database with latest customer information
- Coordinate orders with operations team for smooth transitions
