Requirements

  • Full-cycle B2B sales experience with demonstrable success in leading and executing sales & business development with Data Center customers, preferably related to rack-level solutions
  • Understanding of basic principles of energy storage and power electronics
  • Knowledge of application approach, decision-making drivers, and key technologies relevant to Skeleton Technologies
  • Previous experience participating at fairs and trade shows
  • Willingness to travel to meet customers and active networking
  • English fluency
  • Experience using CRM to track customer information and structure sales efforts (Salesforce)
  • Persuasiveness and resourcefulness
  • Initiative taking
  • Excellent communication skills

Tasks

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plan
  • Expand customer base and achieve sales targets
  • Build strong customer relationships to find new business opportunities
  • Exceed annual sales targets in assigned segments
  • Communicate product value through proposals and presentations
  • Analyze industry-specific market landscapes and trends
  • Update CRM database with latest customer information
  • Coordinate orders with operations team for smooth transitions
