- Undergraduate degree or equivalent knowledge/experience
- Fluency in German and English

Tasks
- Lead a team of Client Directors for major DACH accounts
- Develop personalized coaching plans for team members
- Provide regular coaching and feedback sessions
- Mentor the team to foster a growth mindset
- Recruit and manage top-performing sales talent
- Set and prioritize account territory goals
- Create and maintain accurate sales forecasts
- Review and adjust sales plans and forecasts
- Monitor performance using data and analytics
- Identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Assess and improve seller outreach and deal quality
- Build strong relationships with internal teams
- Collaborate with external customers and partners
- Support the go-to-market strategy
- Encourage cross-functional collaboration
- Foster a culture of teamwork and knowledge sharing
- Promote open communication and feedback
