As a senior technical advisor, you will bridge the gap between complex product architecture and business outcomes by designing innovative payment solutions for the company's major clients.

Requirements

• •8+ years experience with Bachelor's, 5+ years with Advanced Degree, 2+ years with PhD, or 11+ years experience
• •Experience in solutions architecture or technical sales engineering
• •Understanding of technical architectures, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
• •Consultative selling mindset and ROI mapping
• •Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
• •Builder mentality for creating reusable assets
• •Strong cross-functional partnership skills
• •Experience with AI platforms or developer tools (Bonus)
• •Full fluency in German and English

Tasks

• •Drive the regional technical sales strategy for Central Europe
• •Guide discovery and solution design for issuers and fintechs
• •Lead strategic technical engagements from start to finish
• •Influence client decision-making and ensure implementation readiness
• •Act as a senior technical advisor for complex solution decisions
• •Architect multi-solution designs across fraud, identity, and loyalty
• •Design scalable architectures for digital issuing and cloud-native platforms
• •Translate client needs into secure and feasible technical designs
• •Orchestrate cross-functional teams to align product roadmaps
• •Serve as the senior technical voice in high-stakes deals
• •Develop technical enablement frameworks and best practices for DACH
• •Identify emerging market opportunities to modernize client platforms
